Cucumber Smoked Salmon Rolls

Cucumber Smoked Salmon Roll Recipe

Prep time: 10 minutes 
Servings: 4-6 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 English cucumber 
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened 
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (optional) 
  • Everything bagel seasoning 
  • 4 ounces smoked salmon, thinly sliced 

Instructions: 

  1. Start by preparing your ingredients. 
  2. Slice the cucumber lengthwise into thin strips using a mandoline or a vegetable peeler. 
  3. Layer the cucumber slices over each other and pat dry with paper towels.  
  4. Add the cream cheese and spread it out over the cucumbers. 
  5. Sprinkle a generous amount of everything bagel seasoning over the cream cheese. 
  6. Place smoked salmon on top. 
  7. Carefully roll up each cucumber strip. Then slice into bitesize rolls. 
  8. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. 
  9. Before serving, slice the cucumber rolls into bite-sized pieces.
