Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak Bite Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz sirloin steak
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp brown sugar

For the Garlic Butter:

  • 1-2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp salted butter
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley

Instructions:

  1. Start by preparing your steak. Cut the sirloin steak into bite-sized pieces, ensuring they are all similar in size. This allows for even cooking.
  2. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and brown sugar. Mix these ingredients well to create a marinade.
  3. Toss the steak pieces in the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated. Let them sit in the marinade for about 15-20 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  4. While the steak is marinating, preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  5. Once the air fryer is preheated, arrange the marinated steak pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Be careful not to overcrowd to ensure proper circulation of air.
  6. Cook the steak in the air fryer at 400°F for 4-6 minutes, depending on your preferred level of doneness.
  7. While the steak is cooking in the air fryer, prepare the garlic butter. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the salted butter in the microwave.
  8. Once the butter is melted, stir in the minced garlic and chopped parsley.
  9. Once the steak is done in the air fryer, transfer it to a serving plate.
  10. Pour the garlic butter sauce over the steak bites, ensuring they are evenly coated with the flavorful sauce.
  11. Allow the steak to rest for a couple of minutes, letting the flavors meld together.
  12. Serve your air-fried garlic butter steak bites hot and enjoy!
