Chocolate Banana Pops 

Chocolate banana pops are easy to make and taste delicious, boasting banana and chocolate flavors, along with crunchy sprinkles. You can have fun adding other ingredients along with the sprinkles – chopped nuts are always good. One of these makes a delicious sweet treat and they’re healthier than regular popsicles thanks to the potassium-rich banana. These are so good it’s hard to limit yourself to just having one!

Chocolate banana pops are a pretty dessert which pairs the distinctive flavors of chocolate and banana perfectly.

Chocolate Banana Pop Recipe

Servings:  8 pops 

Ingredients: 

  • 4 bananas 
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips 
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil 
  • Sprinkles 

Instructions: 

  1. Peel the bananas and cut them in half. 
  2. Put a lollipop or popsicle stick at the bottom of the banana and put it in for about one inch. 
  3. Melt the chocolate for about 1.5-2 minutes, but make sure to check and stir every 30 seconds. 
  4. Then mix in the coconut oil and let it melt. 
  5. Dip each banana in the chocolate and set aside.  
  6. Sprinkle with sprinklesor any toppings you like.
