Granola Berry Cups 

Rolled oats, banana, yogurt, raw honey, and fresh berries are combined to make these delicious and very pretty berry granola cups. You can use any flavor of yogurt you want and whichever fresh berries you prefer. This is the kind of breakfast that’s hearty, satisfying and sure to keep you full until lunchtime. The oat, honey and banana is baked in the oven to shape it into a shell which is then filled with the yogurt and berries.

Granola Berry Cup Recipe 

Prep time: 10 minutes 
Cook time: 30 minutes 
Servings: 6 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 ½ cup rolled oats 
  • 1 banana 
  • 1 cup yogurt of your choice 
  • ¼ cup raw honey 
  • Strawberries, for serving 
  • Blueberries, for serving

Instructions: 

  1. In a medium bowl, mash the banana. 
  2. Add the oats, and honey to the mashed banana and mix until well combined. 
  3. Add the mixture to a muffin pan and divide over 6 cups. Push the mixture to the edges and bottom, so that you are creating a cup. 
  4. Freeze the muffin tray for 30 minutes. 
  5. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and bake the cups for 30 minutes. Then remove from the oven and let cool off for 10 minutes. 
  6. Add the yogurt and berries to each cup and serve immediately.
